Since January 2016, GMC has been providing technical assistance, consulting, and insurance services under a contract signed with the National Social Security Fund for Public Employees (CNSSAP en signe).

The main tasks are:

1. Preparing the CNSSAP's forecast financial statements for the period 2017-2018;
2. Preparing the activity program and budget for 2017 and 2018;
3. Supporting the implementation of technical, administrative, accounting, and financial procedures manuals, as well as risk mapping;
4. Supporting the implementation of the third line of defense and the drafting of the Audit and Internal Control manual;
5. Supporting the recruitment, capacity building, and coaching of senior managers and staff of the National Social Security Fund for Public Employees through training and field coaching;
6. Draft the registration plan for contributors and retirees at the launch of the CNSSAP;
7. Participate in the feasibility study of the conditions for decentralizing the CNSSAP's activities and its investment strategy, as well as draft the CNSSAP's development plan for the next 10 years;
8. Assist in the internal audit function from November 2020 to June 2022.
