The main tasks are:

1. Prepare the methodological note for the activity;

3. Organize exchange meetings with all stakeholders (METPS, IGT, Interministerial Commission) on understanding the activity and the role to be played by each stakeholder in the process;

5. Collect and process applications,
6. View provisional lists of candidates selected for the test;
7. Receive and process appeals;
8. Display the final lists of candidates selected for the tests, publish the instructions for the tests
9. Organize the tests in the 26 provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo
10. Correct the tests;
11. Publish the final lists after corrections;
12. Produce the final report;
13. Prepare draft decrees to be signed by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of the Civil Service, Modernization of the Administration, and Public Service Innovation
