Organization and operation
The firm Global Management and Auditing Company, "GMC" for short, is made up of two main bodies, the General Meeting and the Management. The General Meeting is made up of the company's shareholders. It determines the direction of the Management's actions and supports the Managing Partner in making strategic decisions for the advancement and development of the company. It meets once a year in accordance with the statutes in an Ordinary General Meeting and whenever necessary in an extraordinary general meeting. The Management of the company is held by a Managing Partner. He is supported by a team of Experts and Consultants for the technical part and two Assistants for administrative and financial support. For each mission, a "Project Manager" is appointed, he coordinates the team of professionals who are on the ground. He is directly supervised by the Managing Partner.
